Since the beginning of 2016, Maik Bohlmann (45) is the new CSO, or Chief Sales Officer, and top strategist at DencoHappel, formerly GEA Air Treatment. From now on he will be in charge of European Sales and the company service organization. His areas of responsibility include the future orientation of the company towards customers and markets as well as the optimization of international sales and service processes.
During most of his professional career, Maik Bohlmann has worked as Sales and Service Manager in various divisions of an American diversified industrial corporate group, Ingersoll Rand. Between 2011 und 2016, he gained specific expertise in the HVAC sector as Managing Director of the well-established manufacturer Trane, a subsidiary of Ingersoll Rand Climate Solutions.
Maik Bohlmann earned a degree in Business Management at the Schleswig-Holstein Academy for Administration and Economics. Right from the beginning of his professional start in 1995, he showed great aptitude for sales and marketing. His managerial qualities and strategic way of thinking quickly boosted his career.
With the engagement of Maik Bohlmann, DencoHappel has set the course for further growth and strengthening of the market position within the HVAC sector. The former GEA Air Treatment has been doing business under its new name since August 2015. The company's renaming originates in the sale of GEA company shares to the affiliate Triton.
