Family of ventilation units with built-in recirculation fans
The recirculating-air units with own fans are designed for installation in a suspended ceiling. The units locally supply filtered and/or cooled air in a clean room with a requirement for laminar flow.
Fresh Breeze. Fresh Heaven MAXX POWER. Air Shower
Fresh Breeze and Fresh Heaven units treat air by drawing it from the clean room. A motor fan draws return air from the top of the casing (optionally through a pre-filter and/or water-based cooler) and pushes it through high-efficiency filters located at the bottom of the casing. This results is a vertical unidirectional (laminar or low-turbulence) flow of clean air. Some units allow an additional supply connection for fresh air.

Air shower is equipped with an insulated chamber with its own motor fan. Air circulates through a HEPA (ULPA) filter and is directed at high velocity via two rows of nozzles and one nozzle on top at a person in the chamber. Thus factory equipment is protected from pollutants and contaminating agents that can settle onto the “clean” garments.
