Clean Rooms - Doors & Windows

The doors delivered are: swivel - sliding, mechanical – automatic, single-wing - double-wing, full-panel – glazed, glass screen with an aluminium split doorframe. The CRW windows have a double glass layer and can be fitted with blinds. An access control system (either centralized or de-centralized) is used to maintain the level of movement of persons and material. It provides acoustic and light signalization and blocking of doors.

Doors

• D-Design sandwich construction doors
  D-design doors are manufactured by bonding an insulating slab or injecting polyurethane foam between two metal sheets. The sheets are galvanized and the outer surface is coated with powder polyester.
  D-design doors are manufactured with either a swivel hinge or with a sliding mechanism.    
• T- Design doors with glass leaf
  The leaf is made from tempered glass and is fitted in an aluminium frame.
  T-design doors are equipped with swivel hinges and can be used for transfer boxes.
• There are also sliding executions available, either horizontal or vertical (for pass-through boxes).

Windows

• Window CRWE, CRWR, CWRM
  Pharma windows are double-glass windows manufactured from special aluminium profiles into which sheet glass is fitted and bonded.

• Window WW
  

  Single pane windows are manufactured from a welded steel sectional frame into which sheet glass is fitted and bonded. These windows are designed for walls made from InWall systems. Windows are attached to the walls by screws covered with plastic caps. The window structure allows them to be fitted into walls of varying thickness or into single-sided panelling. A single paned frame forms a single window. There are no limitations on positioning windows next to each other.
