CGF air outlets for ceiling installation with integrated HEPA filters operate as the last filter stage in efficient filtration of particle-shaped air pollutants of all types, including microorganisms.

The air-outlet extension CGF is a terminal component of air distribution in the environment with monitored cleanliness. With a fitted filtration insert MACROPUR it provides filtration in classes H11 – U15 according to EN 1822. The CGF is mainly used in aseptic hospital areas such as treatment rooms, special examination rooms, certain intensive care units, pharmacies (cytostatics dilution) and in other worksites where high level of cleanliness of the environment is required.

This filter casing consists of sheet steel with powder-coat finish (colour shade RAL 9010). A shut-off flap can be installed in the air-intake fitting at the side. The flap, which closes airtight, can be operated manually or electrically (as per DIN 1946, Part 4). The casing is equipped with a device that ensures airtight fit of the filter. It also has a pressure-gauge connection fitting and a fitting for oil-mist passage. Various air outlets can be connected to the CGF unit by means of a central 4-point fastenings.
